At Charmingspeciali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. Due to the living nature of our products, we have specific return policies in place.
You may return indoor plants within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated by contacting us within this timeframe. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Once we receive and inspect the returned indoor plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong plant shipped, damaged upon arrival). In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If you receive a damaged or defective indoor plant, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or full refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, you must return the original plant following our return process and place a new order for the desired plant.
